No matter what your size, shape,
age or fitness level you will immediately feel welcome when you
enter our state of the art health club. Our supportive staff,
friendly atmosphere and comprehensive introductory program will
ensure you will progress towards achieving the results you
desire.
With a range of 53 individual pieces of cardio equipment,
including 17 treadmills, you can complete your cardiovascular
workout without the need to wait, even during peak times. For
strength and resistance training we offer spacious workout areas
with a large range of pin-loaded machines and free weights.
We pride ourselves on making your exercise program as functional
as possible, utilising our cable systems, medicine balls, Swiss
balls, foam rollers and dura discs.
At Mill Park we understand that starting an exercise program for
the first time can sometimes be a little intimidating. Therefore
as a new health club member, you are given 2 one-hour
appointments with your own Health and Fitness Consultant who
will guide, support and motivate you through those important
early stages.
After an initial health evaluation, your Health and Fitness
Consultant will write you an individualised exercise program,
specifically designed to meet your goals. The evaluation is
followed by 2 program starts to ensure you are comfortable with
your exercises. This process is repeated every 12 weeks to
maximise support, motivation and progression.
All our consultants are industry recognised, fully qualified and
experienced fitness professionals, ensuring you receive the best
and latest information on all areas of health and fitness. So
